Prices, orders and payment

• All consumer prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. The delivery charge is shown before the customer places an order with an obligation to pay.
• Product photographs describe the general appearance of the work. Hand-finished pieces may have minor colour and surface variations that do not make the product non-conforming where it otherwise matches its description.
• An order becomes a sales contract when 3DForge OÜ sends the order confirmation on a durable medium. The customer should retain that confirmation.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are not stored by the 3DForge OÜ website.
• If a demonstrable and obvious pricing or data error has occurred, 3DForge OÜ may cancel the order and will promptly refund all payments received.

Delivery and risk

Available destinations, delivery method, charge and estimated production and delivery time are shown before ordering or in the order confirmation. Unless a different time has been expressly agreed, the order will be fulfilled no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Within Estonia, the customer may select an available Omniva, Smartpost or DPD parcel locker or service point during checkout, or choose courier delivery. For other countries, the available pickup-point or courier option for that country is shown. The selected method, pickup point and charge are attached to the order before payment. Free delivery applies only when every work currently available from one collection is purchased in the same order.

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession. If the consumer independently chooses a carrier not offered by 3DForge OÜ, risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier.

If an order cannot be fulfilled within the agreed time, 3DForge OÜ will inform the customer and offer a new reasonable deadline or refund the payment as required by law.

14-day right of withdrawal

• A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
• To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to submit an unequivocal withdrawal statement before the period expires. The fastest method is the online function “Withdraw from contract”. A statement may also be sent to 3dforge.trade@gmail.com or made using the model form below.
• A statement submitted through the online function is registered with its content, date and exact time. 3DForge OÜ sends an electronic acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay.
• The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless 3DForge OÜ has agreed in writing to bear it.
• 3DForge OÜ will refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or the consumer provides evidence of return.
• The refund will use the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. No refund fee will be charged.
• The consumer is liable for diminished value only where the goods were handled beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Personalised and custom-made goods

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, for example a figurine created from a portrait or a work bearing a name, date or other unique personal detail. This exception will be clearly disclosed before the order is placed.

A standard catalogue product does not become personalised merely because it is printed after the order is received. Unless the exception was clearly identified for the particular order before purchase, the statutory withdrawal right remains available.

A request to cancel a personalised order should be sent as soon as possible. Where the mandatory withdrawal right does not apply, 3DForge OÜ will state in writing whether production can still be stopped and what justified costs have already been incurred.

Damaged or missing shipment

If a parcel or work arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging, internal protection, shipping label and damage before discarding anything, then email the photographs and order number to 3dforge.trade@gmail.com as soon as possible. Prompt notice helps with the carrier claim, but failure to notify immediately does not remove statutory consumer rights.

3DForge OÜ will assess the case and arrange repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by law. A consumer will not be required to return defective goods at their own expense where the cost of remedy belongs to the seller.

Defects, statutory liability and warranty

• 3DForge OÜ is liable to a consumer for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery. The consumer must notify the seller within two months after discovering the lack of conformity.
• Where a lack of conformity becomes apparent within one year after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.
• A consumer may first require free repair or replacement under the conditions set by law. If this is impossible, fails, takes an unreasonable time or causes significant inconvenience, the consumer may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
• A separate commercial guarantee applies only where it is expressly offered with a product. It does not replace or limit the two-year statutory right to make a claim.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints should be sent to 3dforge.trade@gmail.com and include the customer’s name, contact details, order number or proof of purchase, description of the problem, photographs where possible, and the requested remedy. 3DForge OÜ will reply to a consumer’s written complaint within 15 days.

If no agreement is reached, a consumer residing in Estonia may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority after first submitting a written complaint to 3DForge OÜ. The procedure is free for consumers. For a cross-border dispute, assistance is available from the European Consumer Centre.

The European Union ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not presented as a complaint channel.

Estonian law applies to the contract. This does not deprive a consumer residing in another European Economic Area country of protection granted by mandatory consumer law in their country of residence. Either party may bring a claim before a competent court.

The consumer-specific 14-day withdrawal right and other rules applying only to consumer contracts do not apply to a business customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
